Quick Setup (5 min)

1. Go to console.firebase.google.com → Create a project (any name)
2. Click "Add app" → Web → copy the firebaseConfig object
3. In the Firebase console → Build → Realtime Database → Create database → Start in test mode
4. Open this HTML file in a text editor and replace the config at the top of the <script> section
5. Share this file on any web server (Netlify Drop, GitHub Pages, or just open locally and share the URL from your network)
